Fixed the forum up a bit

I added a new background picture. I got the background from hbo.com, so awesome. Anyways I changed the header colors to match up better. Hope ya guys like.

The background looks a little odd, but i'm sure that it will grow on me.

It's a good background, it just sort of peeks out from the sides though.

Yeah, I'll try to fix that up if I can.

It isn't a big deal either way, and i'm not sure how much it could really be changed.
