I see you have been advertising this forum over at VGC and my forum etc., but I was just wondering how much of an internet community Flight Of The Conchords has going? Are there other forums about FoTC out there, and if so have you been to any of them?

The reason I say this is because you could possibly try and advertise this forum over there and see if you can get anyone to join up.

I will do what I can to help you advertise at other forums, but I dunno what other sites exist out there for FoTC.

Edit: I just found one forum we could try advertising at

http://www.whatthefolk.net/forum/index.php

Dunno how well it'd work, but it's worth a try Smile

Yeah I frequent that site a lot. I tried joining their forum, but they require that the admin accept you first, and it's taking forever.

But yeah I read up on their rules that it's against the rules, but I guess since it's FotC inspired, maybe they'll go for it.

I'll have to check around the web to advertise my forum.

Yeah, that was the only active FoTC forum that I could find, but the fact that we are one of the few has it's definite advantages. All you have to do is just try to join up at a bunch of random forums with me, and see if we can spot any FoTC fans.

If they like it, we can work on trying to reel em in and getting them to sign up!

Seriously, FoTC has a large fanbase but relatively few internet hangouts for them. We have a huge opportunity I think Cool

I could start by posting links in their LastFM profile. It might catch some peoples attention.

Good idea!

Do what you can there, and we'll try some other places also Smile
